DESCRIPTION:If you’ve always wanted to be in a rock band – these classes are for you!  We’re inviting students to join our rock band groups where you’ll learn the ins and outs of being in a band\, what it’s like to play alongside other musicians\, to listen to each other and learn how to play off each other through non-verbal cues.  Students participating in these classes will learn the basic form of a song\, they’ll participate in choosing the music their band is going to learn and perform AND they get to choose their own band name! DESCRIPTION:If you’ve always wanted to be in a rock band – these classes are for you!  We’re inviting students to join our rock band groups where you’ll learn the ins and outs of being in a band\, what it’s like to play alongside other musicians\, to listen to each other and learn how to play off each other through non-verbal cues.  Students participating in these classes will learn the basic form of a song\, they’ll participate in choosing the music their band is going to learn and perform AND they get to choose their own band name! There’s a lot packed into this fun and exciting 8-week session with a live performance at the end … come join the fun!
