Evren Lansch (They/Them) has been studying the piano for 12 years, and within that time has discovered a passion for collaborative performance. They most recently studied under Professor Kate Stevens, a remarkable collaborative pianist and educator, and Gabriel Sanchez, the orchestral pianist with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. Evren has received an Associate Degree in Music from Dallas College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Texas at Arlington. They have performed with choirs, multiple orchestras (most notably with the UTA Symphony as a featured orchestra at TMEA) and can usually be found collaborating with other instrumentalists through duos and chamber music. Having taught piano lessons for the past four years, Evren believes that a strong musical education is crucial and is best achieved through enjoyable lessons and entertaining practice.
