After School Classes: Ukulele Class on Tuesdays : 2:45-3:45pm : $175 + $70 Materials Fee Session 4: March 12, 2024 - May 7, 2024 *No Class March 19th - Spring Break Students participating in this class will learn the basics of music including chords, strumming patterns, basic music theory and techniques on ukulele. Students will collaborate with their classmates and the teacher to choose songs to learn and perform as a class as well as individually. *Ukulele class has a $70 materials charge, this can be waived if student has their own ukulele. If your child has their own ukulele and plans to bring it to class, use promo code ukulele at checkout to save the $70 materials charge. If your child does not have their own ukulele, we will provide them with their own instrument for the $70 materials charge.

If you’ve always wanted to be in a rock band - these classes are for you! We’re inviting students to join our rock band groups where you’ll learn the ins and outs of being in a band, what it’s like to play alongside other musicians, to listen to each other and learn how to play off each other through non-verbal cues. Students participating in these classes will learn the basic form of a song, they’ll participate in choosing the music their band is going to learn and perform AND they get to choose their own band name! There’s a lot packed into this fun and exciting 8-week session with a live performance at the end ... come join the fun! Classes start soon! This 12-week class is open to students ages 6-18 No prior training or knowledge of music is required - beginners are welcome to join! Students participating in this class will help to choose the music they’ll be learning for the semester, be assigned solo parts (as needed), learn choreography for each piece and monologues. Students that participate in this class will be included in the fall recital performances in December. Do you love to sing? Come join class voice with us! This 12-week class is for beginner students with little to no previous training in singing and/or music. Open to students ages 12-18 years old. Classes are on Fridays from 5-6p. Students will learn proper warm-up techniques, choose repertoire with the instructor, learn stage presence and have opportunities to perform in front of their class. Students that participate in this class are encouraged to participate in the fall recital in December, but are not required to. - How to bring a song idea to a full, lush, and competitive production

June 17 - 21, 2024 : 9:00am to 12:00pm (drop off begins at 8:45am, camp starts promptly at 9:00am) Elevate your piano playing to new heights in our intermediate piano ensemble workshop. Tailored for those with a foundational understanding of the piano, this half-day workshop focuses on collaborative piano performance, technique refinement, and the joy of creating music together. Workshop Highlights:
- Ensemble Dynamics: Dive into the world of collaborative piano playing, exploring the nuances of ensemble dynamics and communication.
- Repertoire: Engage in composition(s) carefully selected to challenge and inspire intermediate-level pianists.
- Technical Mastery: Receive targeted guidance to refine your piano technique, addressing key aspects such as finger agility, expression, and balance within an ensemble.
- Musical Interpretation: Learn the art of musical interpretation, exploring ways to convey emotion and storytelling through your piano playing in a group setting.
- Short Ensemble Performance: Conclude the workshop with a brief ensemble performance, allowing participants to showcase their collaborative and individual achievements.
- Intermediate-level proficiency on the piano.
- Ability to read sheet music.
- Open to pianists with a passion for ensemble playing.
- Video submissions should be no longer than 12 minutes.
- Video Audition Deadline: Friday, March 22, 2024. Audition results will be posted by March 26th. Students will receive their parts by March 31st.
